Our Last Days Together

We had a big classroom move from Room 3 to Room 2 so we were all very excited.  Mrs Ray was spoiled rotten with lovely gifts and special pictures and cards which she LOVED.  We enjoyed our time together and made some neat Christmas crafts including: wrapping paper and cards for our profiles, that we are giving to our parents as gifts.

We have had the best year together and have learnt so much!  We will all miss each other but look forward to catching up in 2016.

Delilah and Olivia are leaving Pukete and we will miss them loads.  Good luck gorgeous girls!

Merry Christmas!!!! Happy Holidays!!!!   XO Mrs Ray

Magazine Christmas Trees

Today we made Christmas trees from magazines with some very special folding.  We had to use the virtue of patience as it took along time to fold every page three times, to make our trees. We had a lovely time together as a class for the last full day of 2015.

Grandparents/Special Person Day

On Tuesday we had a very full classroom!  We were very lucky to have 17 Grandparents and Special People join us for an hour in our room.  We read a story, introduced our guests, then had a big circle time with questions about what life was like when they went to school.  After that we made some special Christmas frames together to hang on our tree.  We all went out to eat lunch together on the field, like a big picnic.  We are all so lucky to have such special people in our lives and loved sharing our time with you in Room 3.
